Traditional Thailand Massage
This massage practice incorporates elements of mindfulness, gentle rocking, deep stretches and rhythmic compression to create a singular healing experience. Thai Massage is received in loose-fitting comfortable clothing on a padded floor mat. Among the many benefits is stress reduction, relaxation of tight muscles, and increased range of motion, reduction of swelling and edema and enhanced well being. Jerrie Lee is a Registered Thai Therapist (RTT) through Thai Healing Alliance International.
Pain Relief Treatment
If you suffer from acute or chronic pain associated with the musculoskeletal system, massage therapy can often provide immediate relief. Regular Integrative treatments will:

A full body Swedish massage provides deep relaxation, increases body awareness and balance. This soothing massage reduces stress and creates a sense of serenity and calm that lasts long after your session is over.
Health Maintenance
This is the best of both worlds; the relaxation of a Wellness Treatment along with focused work on a specific area of pain that is usually caused by muscle overuse or minor injury. The objective is relaxation and relief from discomfort.
Medical Massage
This is a medically necessary massage prescribed by a health care provider which includes a specific treatment plan to be completed within a predetermined time frame.
Jerrie Lee has advanced training in assessments, documentation, and progress reporting. She works well under the specific direction and/or prescription of a medical doctor, chiropractor doctor, naturopath doctor, or doctor of osteopathy.
